Bees
We keep several hives of bees on the farm.
Hogs
We have raised several hogs for the freezer and friends and neighbor’s freezers. Currently we have 2 Kune Kune sows and 1 boar. We do sell piglets and fill our freezer with a hog or two every year. We even process our own hogs.
We JUST had 8 Kune Kune piglets. The sow is 100% purebred and the boar is 50-75% Kune. Piglets are for sale at $100 each.
Goats
We keep Nigerian Dwarf. It is a small meat and dairy goat. The milk has the highest butterfat of all the goats and we make wonderful cheeses.
